Picton CrossFit is a strength and conditioning facility that encourages our members to reach higher levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity.

We are located at 39 Henry Street, Picton in a 255 square metre warehouse gym that is 100% CrossFit. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness. Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio.
